Fraud doesnt have to be financial legally, but their would have to be a benefit and possibly a persistancy of behaviour for the police and prosecution to view it as such. A private prosecution at a civil court maybe possible id guess too
Yes and it’s our last resort. We have a very clear pattern of evolving behaviour with him ( sexual behaviour) over the decade. He got gifts from us not money.
