If women are unable to talk about the violence they experience other than when a prosecution or conviction has happened, then this silences women, enhances impunity for perpetrators and suppresses understanding of facts.

Exactly, it’s a very worrying time. This also worries some of us with the likes of
@sra_solicitors as they will only sanction abuse in private life that has a conviction attached and we all know the chances of getting a conviction in this climate

Don’t I just know it?! Nothing on this site is libelous, yet it’s ok for a prolific abuser to sue for harassment because he was named. There’s no assertion of law breaking - adult grooming isn’t illegal, that’s the point! How do we protect others from these scum bags?

If I was you, I'd hope he sued me for alleged 'Harassment' for exposing him. That way - EVERYTHING comes out in public court. Look on it as an opportunity. His evidence against the TRUTH. I'm still waiting for my criminal abusers to carry out their many threats to 'sue' me
