@Serena_Tierney, should I demonstrate how you got away with redacting David Tweedie's name from a DSAR? Maybe publish your client's leaked emails? Your old firm cited client confidentiality. Not much use when I have a leak.@NCA_UK is finally on the case.@sra_solicitors - Show replies

What
@NCA_UK needs to understand about legal privilege is that bent lawyers in Panama used it in the 90s and 00s to set up tax-evasion structures. You routed everything through a lawyer who then cited legal privilege. Lawyers in London play the same game to this day.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
