Great response to a nasty bully! Here is my article on bullies using law courts: 'NDAs are as worthless as the paper they're written on - it's time we stopped the rich and powerful from manipulating the courts' -

Ndas are so common in failing academies & staff are forced to sign meaning when they've been bullied and suffered horrendously they can't get justice. Most are tied into some kind of redundancy pay. Don't sign don't get the money and there will all of a sudden be a restructure

Too many. One former teacher contacted us and told us she was sexually assaulted by a pupil but the council enforced a NDA clause in her employment contract she didn't even know she had when she signed. She couldn't even alert her former colleagues to the potential danger

Bullying is rife in most schools. I myself and far too many others have been treated this way. Something needs to stop and soon.
