      They probably did invite the women that would have fit and they declined- this happened to me a lot. At least they managed a female moderator 😉 I disagree with the argument it's 'white men' slowing the transition- I think it's to do with incumbent mindsets, not gender or race

      Yeh I don't know, it's an interesting debate.. I really like Catherine's academic work and it's good to encourage women but sometimes feel these things venture into quite ideological identity politics territory...🤷‍♀️Anyway..! Have a good conference! x

          I think unequal representation is a problem but it starts with education and the fact that children are nurtured in directions depending on their gender. The conference was fun btw :)
