They probably did invite the women that would have fit and they declined- this happened to me a lot. At least they managed a female moderator
I disagree with the argument it's 'white men' slowing the transition- I think it's to do with incumbent mindsets, not gender or race
The point is the content - not the gender distribution
Hi Wayne, thanks for this- I agree, it's great to see women but only if they've been selected on the same basis as men, as oppose to just gender. Obviously having you on the panel makes for the most interesting outcome ;) Really hope you're well!
