Fantastic new article by @AnnaHolliday on the Energy Technologies Institute. It was founded to accelerate low carbon innovation to meet climate targets. What did it get right (and wrong), and what lessons can current organisations like @Catapult_UK learn?https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2210422421000204?dgcid=author …

Wow - just read the abstract and will be fascinated to understand how the conclusion (mentioned in the abstract) that
@the_ETI pursued "more incremental technologies and outputs"... Certainly didn't feel that way working there@becksboo21@Andy1Boston@haines_g2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

Thanks for this reaction George, I'm interested to know what other ex-ETIers think..
@CultivateInnov may also have some thoughts! I'd be happy to have a chat about my conclusions & get your feedback- I'm including the work in another paper so my thinking is still ongoing!1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

I agree
@Georgeday27 ! I worked across three programme areas whilst at ETI and it certainly wasn't 'incremental technologies & outputs' in my experience. But I can't really comment more as I can only access the abstract.....1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
Thanks for this Becky, it's really good to get this feedback- I definitely don't want to have misinterpreted my findings! The publisher said that link was open but no one can access it
If you+ @Georgeday27 drop me your emails I can send the full paper if you'd like to read it
