We spend our lives constantly self-organising to achieve our objectives, lead on decisions, build relationships etc.., which happens naturally as we treat each other with mutual trust respect

How can this non-hierarchical organisation be practiced in the workplace?

The one I most enjoyed practicing was generative decision making, which empowers an individual to make a proposal, receive concise+constructive feedback and be fully backed in actioning it

As an ex-conference producer I also liked the idea of co-creating meeting agendas
Anyone can propose an item that they present themselves over a self-determined time slot, in no set order. Note taking duty rotates each meeting and remain publicly available to all1 reply 0 retweets 1 likeShow this thread
The key thing I learnt is that non-hierarchical ways of working can be implemented with surprisingly simple+intuitive tools and completely innovate the way an organisation operates 
I look forward to experimenting with these in the future!
