On #IWD2019 I want to express my deep gratitude for being part of a society that views me as equal, where I have the freedom, opportunities and inspiration to pursue what is most meaningful to me. Today I send my thoughts to those still fighting for equality of opportunity

Interesting! Many would consider we’ve not achieved that in the UK yet!
In my experience we've reached equality of opportunity for women in the UK- I'd argue that my career has benefited from being a woman+ that men have always held me up even when I've had little faith in myself. I'd say the main driver of inequality is socio-economic background
