I actually didn't say he should be here. The jury wasn't determining that, they were determining if he committed murder. And, this is America, even foreigners get due process. And, of course you're welcome! It's good to hear opposing opinions!

Listening to differing opinions is the key to positive change- so we agree there,however; the complete atrocity is that the man had a jury... that this “ utopian sanctuary city” allowed him to kill an innocent American citizen... I am assuming you aren’t a parent-

I AM a parent, and if he hurt my child (or my nephew, or my best friend's child) I'd want to kill him with a cheese grater in my garage. Even if it WAS an accident. That's another topic. The jury isn't there for revenge, it's there to consider fact, which they did.
