The court by their illegal actions have already destroyed the separation of powers. The law isn't important to them.

judicial branch's job is to interpret the law. Read the record &lmk the "illegal action" there.

The law for immigration is clear and concise. The President can stop any immigration that he feels necessary for any length of time.

no I can't. But then it is a appointment not a elected judge. but then the judge could be reassigned to a court in a different State.
