If per-country cap were lifted, then for the next 10 years,all of the green cards in the ordinary worker category would go to INDIANS. Other companies that want to sponsor workers from the other more than 150 countries that receive employment GC would have to wait for 10 years

So far not a single promise has been fulfilled for American middle class. Foreign workers from India taking middle class jobs.H4EAD has not ended. Americans lost more than 100K jobs due to H4EAD. 2020 will not be good if this doesn’t end.
