So proud today to address the 10th KTB Alliance Stoke protest in 10 consecutive weeks! Rain didn't stop us from turning out to show some fantastic local people power opposing the government's ludicrous PCSC Bill.

AWP deeply disturbed at footage of Thames Valley police appearing to use a police vehicle to deliberately hit an escaped cow in Berkshire yesterday eve. Kinder, more compassionate methods of managing a terrified animal must exist.

Focus in today on recovering from the pandemic & protecting health. But no mention of preventing future pandemics - despite many experts warning global society is in a 'viral spiral'. Need for promotion of plant-based diets is now urgent.

Saddened that 87,214 ballot papers were rejected on Thurs. due to mistakenly voting twice in the first pref. column. Wouldn't have altered overall result but something clearly went wrong. Very opposed to govt. using this to push for FPTP.

It can be easy to feel as though nobody else cares about animals when you're vegan. We think these impressive numbers achieved by the Animal Welfare Party in the London elections are a very hopeful sign. They show that many people do care. Well done to Vanessa & the team! 🙌

Amazing work Vivienne, Gavin, Jen, Kay & all of Team Lothian! It takes courage and fortitude to stand on an animal rights ticket in elections and you had plenty of that. First time in Lothian but won't be the last!
