Bigger noisy data better than smaller quality data is also our experience in predicting binding of drug-like molecules to proteins: http://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/20/6/10947 … Little data often means not capturing the diversity of data, it is a trade-off. It also depends on the employed ML algorithm
