      "Translating" @katecrawford talk on #fairness in #AI is well meaning, but many #womenintech told me that it comes off as #mansplaining. I am just the messenger. As an engineer, I thought @katecrawford talk was concrete. Perhaps you can change "translation" to interpretation

      Guilty as charged (sorry!). I should have said I am interpreting her points from a ML modeling and optimization perspective. This started as an attempt to explain her points to myself (self-mansplaining, I guess)
