Nothing to take away from the achievements of women who got success, even with systemic bias stacked against them. But we need more women.
By introducing reservation you are giving one more excuse for women to be discriminated against

I honestly don't think so. Women will continue to get prejudice from society. Even today's achievers who made it without any support.
