Sincerely disagree with you on this issue. Women are differently abled,we cannot deny this. And science needs women as much as it needs men.
And science is getting a lot of women. Women don't have different abilities when it comes to scientific analysis.

I don't want to argue about biological differences. But we cannot deny that women have different experiences (social and personal) than men.
