It's funny that the picture represents men doing a hard dangerous job as "brick layers" I wonder when there's going to be mandatory quotas for women in the construction industry.... and I don't mean as managers

I get what they were trying to do with the poster of an iconic historic photograph and if this were the only issue it would be excusable - but one has to scroll quite a bit to get to the women on the list and no POC. Not much diversity at all. Didn’t see you on the list?
