I am now breaking the NDA they forced me to sign. No longer will I be silent about toxic work culture at @awscloud Every woman in my org has since left. Multiple women filed harassment along with me. Nothing happened.

I honestly think the companies should have some sort of restorative justice agreement where the victims can get what they need to repair the damage caused by the offender...having to switch jobs and uproot your professional life is incredibly disruptive..
