I can still do it only on the
#yoga blocks. The height helps a lot. If the are daily doing various yoga poses then you are building upper body strength. It is gradual. So patience is key

time for self-care was the best thing I am grateful about quarantine. I also started online yoga 2x but now lab. has peaked up again and it is hard to keep the balance . But I will try harder to keep it !
