I know you intend this to be a harmless joke. But I find it problematic. It implies that women will not risks or be adventurous. This has huge implications on our careers because we are not encouraged to take on risky endeavors like starting companies or pushing for new ideas.

Could be. it is still benevolent sexism. Saying men are worse at something doesn't help matters. Also, there is societal pressures for men to risk their lives, whether to adventures or by going to war. This is harmful to men as well. We should move away from gender roles
