It implies some men are stupid rather. I borrowed the joke from a woman tweet.

It's a harmless joke and a good joke. It's also a joke we should not have to apologize for liking.

-
You were not asked to apologize, nor does a lack of harm to you mean a lack of harm to others.

I think this here is an "over-analysis". If one is trying to even break this joke down, then you should consider living longer or in general survival is always the ultimate goal and this joke alludes to the fact that women in general take smart risks. 1/2

In simple terms, anyone not taking such types of risk, lives longer than the ones talking such stupid risks.

Interestingly when I saw it , I interpreted it as “women are better at judging risk” as opposed to “women don’t take risks” .
-
Could be. it is still benevolent sexism. Saying men are worse at something doesn't help matters. Also, there is societal pressures for men to risk their lives, whether to adventures or by going to war. This is harmful to men as well. We should move away from gender roles

I think he meant men are stupid. People read a lot between lines. :)

That's a point in favor of Anima's impression, not against it. The same inanities people find charming or otherwise positive in men would be counted against women in many professional contexts. As such, jokes like the above are dicey with respect to whose expense the joke is at.
