You are probably the only woman in tech who is fighting about the right things. Kudos. I work in a company where the bosses are overwhelmingly women and I wish they were as vocal as you about optics and verbiage cuz it really matters..
Instead of blaming other women for not speaking out, why can't you be an ally and speak out? Speaking out has a huge price, believe me and not everyone is in a position as I am. Please use your position to privilege to speak out and help the cause #MenforWomen

Definitely an ally and I do speak out :) And I am not blaming women here.. just pointing out how deep in our cultural and daily conversations the gender bias is entrenched. Its so deep that it doesn’t even register.
We all have implicit biases and society keeps reinforcing them. Need to put so much energy to fight it within ourselves first and then educate others
