@ElonMusk manages to be both the guy I love to hate and the guy I hate to love. Today, more the latter. But I'm sure he will do something dumb tomorrow more towards the former.

Original tweet got deleted and also my reply. I urged not to turn launch into hero worship. I have personally see musk joke about nips and tits onstage. Recently he adopted #redpill which is a vicious misogynistic movement. Culture he promotes is inherently sexist.

I think we all want heroes. Bias and privilege can too easily lead to downplaying or ignoring ugly facts about them in that pursuit. I'm sure I've heard this stuff before, but apparently chose not to remember it. Glad I've got friends who help keep me honest.
