      There's also a fair amount of evidence that women POC aren't well-represented in the training data for *human* doctors :-(

      I think there have to be fundamental structural changes at upend patriarchy. Without that we won't have enough women in leadership positions. I hope to see that in my lifetime. We have to take down patriarchy brick by brick
