.@Delta you can't stop screwing up. I received email saying that I got upgraded and it's confirmed. Now it mysteriously disappears when I get to boarding gate. The airlines these days have zero accountability

Delta double booked by economy seat, when I was seat less on board, they told me it was because I had been upgraded. Then they pointed me towards the upgraded seat, which was also in economy (not even economy+). Wtf!!
