Something about the 10x engineer thing and the backlash didn’t sit right, and I think I figured it out. Every single trait is describing autism spectrum disorders.

It’s not about who is good or not. People with disabilities will fail or thrive depending on whether they are in an environment that recognizes and accommodates them.

I agree that there are people with social disabilities that are a subset of 10x engineers, but there are many others who will use that excuse to bully and harass others.
