Thanks for clarifying that. That was not clear from earlier tweet. Great to hear that you reached out to experts. Wil this be published in a conference?

I still didn't get answers to my question if this will be published at a peer reviewed venue. Talking privately to a few researchers is not the right approach. Please participate in

Peer review is not the scientific method. Peer review is intended to support the scientists' claims that they followed scientific methods, and to assist those less intimately familiar with the science in judging the value of the research. It can also be abused to censor/devalue

Yes,
#peerreview it has its drawbacks, but completely skipping that is not the right approach.#openreview system for#ICLR has been great for our field where reviewers have to post their review in open. Please do not go directly to media. That distorts#AI research2 replies 2 retweets 21 likes -

Lex Fridman from
@MIT blocked me because I urged him to avoid#AI#mediahype and publish in#peerreview venues. As a premier educational institution, how can you allow this? There are guidelines that university research should be released to public9 replies 13 retweets 72 likes -

Thank you Anima..Lex appears to be a

It wasn't even a critique. It was a simple question whether he is publishing his outcome at a
#peerreview venue. I truly hope@MIT looks into this1 reply 0 retweets 9 likes -

There was no criticism. All I asked was a simple question. I was blocked. Nature is highly problematic venue. A number of researchers including me have pledged not to publish there. Please publish in venues that are not nepotistic. #ml conferences have flaws but are much better

What's your opinion about publishing in Scientific Reports -- an online multidisciplinary, open access journal from the publishers of Nature [https://www.nature.com/srep/ ]?
