Walking back to my hotel tonight I ran across a young couple having a drunken argument, guy was totally wasted being an idiot. I offered to walk the girl to the taxi station by the hotel, dude flipped out and called me a "fucking spick". So yeah, no racism in Canada.
I am sorry this happened to you. Thank you for showing empathy and compassion. Instead he returned it with racism.
