Let's not refer to such people as "powerful men," an appellation they no doubt crave. They're cowards in a position of manipulation, at best. It saddens me to know that such behaviour continues unabated. I wish there was something I could do beyond what reptilian brain suggests!
Takes time to make systemic changes and we need all allies like u for that. Speak up against bad behavior. And work with your organizations for greater accountability and transparency. All these predators have giant dossiers with all info in it. The organizations lock them away.

Well said. It would be naïve of me to presume that such problems don't exist within my own organization, although our policies and employee support structures are amongst the best. Step by step forward progress it is, then.
