And do not capture the whole cultural context that we live in. For example saying that the lack of diversity in science is due to a non-uniformity in ability across gender (or ethnicity) is just wrong. You cannot ignore the socio-economic contexts that pushes certain members 2/

Also stating that "smart" people don't have as much implicit bias would deserve a citation or two to reputable studies (if they can find it... Which I doubt) because it seems like an easy cop out to say they are unbiased and just looking at the data. 4/

This is seriously an issue with scientists: we need to get over the fact that we are human, we are biased, we need to be able to look at ourselves and our actions critically if we want to better ourselves and make a difference. 5/

A lot of the statistics he made actually reflected gender bias but he used them to support his "conservative" theory. And the statistics potentially highlighting positive action where used to cry out that makes where discriminated against. This shows 6/

@CERN , I think it is your duty to reply to not just show your disagreement with this, but why it is wrong and damaging.
