yup. one provider can be sued multiple times by different people over the same abortion, AND they can be sued anywhere in the state... no change of venue allowed. so a person in eastern texas could be forced to defend a lawsuit in western texas several hundred miles away.

That's basically the definition of a frivolous lawsuit 
"intended to harass, delay, or embarrass the opposition" the thing they are usually so eager to keep out of courts
