I will say this: David Cole of the ACLU was extremely impressive in his arguments on behalf of Aimee Stephens. It’s a masterclass in arguing before SCOTUS. His opening statement alone was masterful.pic.twitter.com/KJBOzAp1dn

David Cole really is so good. Here he responds to Gorsuch re social upheaval if trans people are permitted to use bathrooms which align with their gender identity etc. TL;DR trans people have been living among us and using bathrooms and civilization hasn’t collapsed.pic.twitter.com/gqzxDobfws
