Neither one is civil. We either WANT CIVILITY or we don't. We are either on the HIGH ROAD or we are wallowing with them, giving them ammo. It's that simple.

Apples and oranges. Simply using an expletive in a moment of anger/excitement/agitation has no bearing on civility. Repeatedly using expletives or other derogatory words to describe people who disagree with you or whom you want to incite a crowd against on the other hand does.
