Not a lawyer, have no idea what I'm talking about. But it sure seems to me like Damore has some kind of slam-dunk case over a "hostile work environment" for anyone who is white, male, and over forty - all of which are protected classes.

The law protects against discrimination based on race or sex, and doesn't distinguish between *which* race or *which* sex is protected. All races and all sexes are protected classes.
-
Yeah, but objectively there are lots of white men there, which helps show no affirmative discrimination, and I'm sure Google can find other conservatives who are fine, they had a conservative mailing list after all.

Company statistics can't be used in favor of the complainant, so its not hard to spin that the other way round.

Y'all sound like you know what you're talking about. I'd love to hear more.
