It is not surprising that Senator Sasse voted against democracy today. He himself brags about his loyalty to Trump and how extreme his politics are, being the “3rd most conservative” in Congress. His open letter is nothing more than words. His action is what we will remember.
And today, once again, Sasse put his own interests above the people’s and failed to protect our democracy. His excuse appears to be that the POTUS believes fairytales so what should we expect. We deserve better Nebraska.
