The idea that implementing a single payer healthcare system, expanding free public education, increasing taxes on the ultra-wealthy, & corporate regs will lead us to our demise or stop us from being a democracy is a scare tactic used by elitists hoarding the money to the top.

If you aren’t concerned about us losing our democracy to the plutocrats currently in charge, your fears of implementing socialist policies have nothing to do with protecting our democracy and everything to do with buying in to the lies of our oppressors.
