There are not 87,000 billionaires in this country. The IRS also doesn't audit billionaires because billionaires have armies of accountants and tax attorneys whose sole purpose is to ensure they're following the law.

I am not a billionaire and I am up in arms. I just don't believe you are hiring 87,000 IRS agents to target the 724 billionaires in the US. When gov started income tax it was also only supposed to affect the wealthy too.
