This is only true if you ignore that Minnesota had MCHA at that time, which was affordable & easily accessible. By adopting the ACA we joined the race to the bottom instead of holding MN to OUR higher standard. Now insurance is unaffordable AND of lower quality. Thanks, Obama
Before the ACA — just 10 years ago — the 51% of non-elderly folks in CD2 with a pre-existing condition could have been denied health care coverage.
