Pretty sure this is what happens — just like at home — when the government keeps spending and spending and spending and spending and spending and.... Rep. Craig, I suggest picking some govt programs or departments you'd like to cut and introducing legislation to such effect.

Due to Trump's booming economy we've got more tax revenues than ever. Current deficits are due to government not living within its budget. They spend their allowance and say, "Oops! Daddy can have a little bit more? Something came up. Again."
