Why on earth are shoes and coats not covered by welfare or charity? How does that creep into this?

This race US House MN 2 is not about healthcare, taxes, social security, etc. There is something in the air that it IS ABOUT and that is saving our country from the corrupt country it is becoming. That is more important than all the smaller issues. VOTE BLUE!

I drive truck. My employer doesn’t supply me gloves, rags, tools, pens, they don’t even issue me tissues. LOL. What exactly do teachers buy that the school should be buying. Every occupation has to buy things for their job. Ask a mechanic who fixes your car.

Gregg you have obviously never spent any time inside a classroom. Maybe if you did, you would understand how hard teachers work on a paltry budget. They spend their own money so kids don’t go without. I will never understand why anyone would be against properly funding education

It's what we do so we can afford $716B (record levels of spending) on the military and we are not in any kind of declared war ($1B/week in Afghanistan), give private jet owners tax breaks, and record stock buybacks as a result of an unfair tax cut. Profits over teachers.

I lose tools, pens to customers all the time. If a teacher buys cloths for a kid in their class I have to wonder why?? As parents we bought boxes of Kleenex for the classroom all the time. Every occupation buys things for their job. Not everything is purchased by an employer.

That’s rare. I have relatives who farm. They don’t have time for another full time job. But I guess with the cost of healthcare Insurance, you do what you have to. Good luck.
