The unfair trade practices should have been dealt with long ago. Obama didn't have the guts to do anything about it. Instead, Obama's uncertainty with the entire USA kept the whole economy depressed. Uncertainty now won't last. @RepJasonLewis

A decision farmers must make on an annual basis, for every harvested crop is, do I sell now or later. The trade war is to finally have trade agreements that are "fair" for all involved and for farmers that means their crops may be free of all tariff if they are exported.
