Today, my office filed homicide charges against the former officer who shot and killed Keita O’Neil, an unarmed, Black man in 2017. As far as we are aware, this is the first time in San Francisco history that an officer has been prosecuted for homicide.

I still don't understand how San Francisco was able to elect someone like Chesa for district attorney but re-elect Nancy Pelosi 17 times. Clearly, they love San Francisco, but hate America.

No, they just hate change that much. Rightists are definitionally against change. They want everything to stay as it is or to return to the way it was in a fictional past, mostly because they're fearful people. To want to change, means you don't like it as it is (to them).
