In 1984 the government was shutting speech down. YouTube is a private company, not the government. If you don’t like their platform, find a new one. I thought you loved company rights?

Would b like if I started a company where I owned land, rented plots of it out 2 ppl saying they could build whatever they want on their plot of land, & then years later after they’ve all built buildings on their plots changed & said they can’t have buildings on the land anymore.

Of if I owned land and let people farn the land so they could grow and sell veggies & then after they’ve worked hard all year growing potatos I came in right before harvest and yanked out all of the potatos, saying “oh ya, forgot tell tell you, no potatos allowed”

Government does the same thing all the time. People build careers or buildings and suddenly tax code or zoning changes.

I know you think that Google is a private company so should be able to do as they please but Google has become arguably the most powerful entity in the world, maybe even more powerful than the government. Hundreds of million ppl and businesses rely on Google for their livelihood.

I remember back when YouTube was awesome & cool. Then Google bought it. :(

It's always been a conspiracy. Three years ago, I couldn't believe how much TRUTH was being told on @YouTube, and it was obvious the EXTREMELY Left Wing Google wouldn't allow it. The election of Trump was their last straw. Google has been working hard to censor since then.

You mean the same YouTube that demonetised all the Trans & Gay blogger video? What stuff are you snuffing?

If I were YouTube, I'd sacrifice a few Lefties. What proportion do you think are Right leaning vs Left leaning? Do you think it's even close to balanced? Are you sure you're ready to defend YouTube being impartial? I will embarrass you.

What do you mean sacrifice a few lefties? Way more right leaning channels than left right now and way more subs on them than the left. You just going to ignore the crap I listed, pulled by YouTube on left leaning channels?

Would you like to compare how many on each side have gotten censored? U list the ones on the left, and I bet I can list more on the Right...

Boi do I have to explain your cognitive bias makes comparing lists dumb? We'd have to define what's right and what left. Then after we'd agreed that we'd have to go through every single youtube channel and judge it. You got another way to prove it?
