Are these the plans that critics claim undermine the Affordable Care Act's mandatory coverage for pre-existing conditions?
#ncga members got whacked hard on that issue last fall. -
These AHP plans would different from the ones proposed last year & would cover preexisting conditions - fully insured buy with access to plan designs currently only available to large businesses.

So glad to hear it. I have two friends whose families were priced out of AFFORDABLE Care Act this year. Very sad hardworking people can’t afford insurance through AFFORDABLE Care Act. I hope this will be something to meet their needs.
