I think he gets it. It's just that right now YouTube still offers the greatest reach in terms of user-base. As that base dwindles, alt-tech will come into greater play. The more we push the issue, the sooner that day will come.
No I dont think he gets it because he repeatedly emphasizes how quickly it is "demonetized". One does not keep using a victim narrative like that if they get they are on the YT "not fit for advertisers" naughty list & must be manually reviewed.
In comes the high rollers, who splash around mountains of cash & they tell the club "that Gad fellow he can be a bit obnoxious sometimes. If you want us to keep throwing you money, keep him under control". So the club starts to "check" Gad st the door before he can enter
Let me give you an analogy. Mr Saad gets a flyer that say "get in for free" to a club. He frequently this club often & they take one look at him & unhook the barrier without asking & he gets in quickly & smoothly.
The club wants to be sure he isnt already drunk before coming in, because they know when he comes in drunk he is a handful. The moral of the story is that free lunches DONT last forever & high rollers keep the club open, so complaining he is being victimized is a bit rich
