1) Only that which is shown in the Bible is to be done. 2) No baptisms of children upon reaching the 'age of reason' or of the mentally-handicapped are in the Bible. ∴ We shouldn't baptize children upon reaching the 'age of reason' or mentally-handicapped people.

You assume it I present. You read it into the Bible. That is eisigesis. NC is based on faith. Those who by faith become part of the NC are baptized. It isn't based on lineage anymore. That is the whole point. Curious, what is your stance on dreams, visions, gifts of Spirit?

You sound like a dispensationalist. lol I'm sorry, the if you want to disagree with Augustine, or any of the other Fathers, or Reformers, the burden of proof is on the Credobaptist, who wants to overturn and deny the historic position.
-
I simply read the Bible and believe what it says. It is inspired by God and and wholly true. So do you reject dreams, visions, and certain gifts of the Spirit?
-
And I respect that, brother. Hmm, regarding dreams, visions, gifts of Spirit - I'm still forming my views on the matter, tbh. Minimally I'd say God is free to work such miracles if He desires. 1/2
