Little question. Sea level rise is only the most obvious. We hear less about the consequences of all this freshwater poured in the Oceans for the global climate system, atmospheric and sea streams, sea composition. Why? Is it just not well known? Not relevant? Thanks

It's an area of very active research I would say, effects not (yet) that obvious and to some extent disputed. In Arctic for example the big Siberian rivers pour in huge amounts of fresh water already so system can cope to some extent. Less clear what effects are in e.g. Atlantic
