    The DNC didn’t change the rules to ensure good, diverse candidates could remain on the debate stage. They shouldn’t change the rules to let a billionaire on. Billionaires shouldn't be allowed to play by different rules—on the debate stage, in our democracy, or in our government.

    I have SO MANY criticisms of China, in general, but to pretend they aren't putting a pretty incredible amount of diligence into fighting coronavirus is ridiculous. There's a ton of anticommunist sentiment mixed with orientalism in the coverage of this epidemic.

    China's system is the reason the virus hasn't spread faster. They've shut down the economy of a region. They're arresting price gougers and providing essential goods. They're building new hospitals. If this started in the US, sick people would be at work instead of the doctor.

    Tell me again how Pelosi is a 4D chess genius hero to the people. They ignored plain-as-day violations of the Emoluments Clause and crimes against humanity to impeach on some wonky political intrigue bullshit. Of course his toadies can just play dumb about what that means.

    But the Constitution does not give the Senate the power to remove the president from office and ban him from this year’s ballot simply for actions that are inappropriate. 7/15

    when I was 19 I did that thing all boomer fuckheads tell you is the best way to get a job. I wore nice clothes and went around town with copies of my resume, dropping it off at businesses shaking hands and asking for work. Didn’t get a job that way, because no one does.
