    I have a trick for those of you who listen to podcasts and make notes etc. Listen to the first 5 mins at 1.5x or 2x and then the rest at 1x. The power of contrast means suddenly the podcast seems much slower and clearer. Helps me focus and discern threads of enquiry.

    On Internal Narratives II: Further Note to self: Learn to see the story. What narratives am I telling myself? Evidence-based or self-made illusions? 'I failed biology is a lot different than I failed my parents. First one’s a fact, the second one’s a story.'

    On Internal Narratives: 'Learning how to see the story, that is a big scale, that takes time. You have to peel away the onion, over and over again until you get to the root core objective truth.' Note to self: Seek the objective truth.

    On the matter of Time: 'Look at how you’re spending your day. What are you spending in a non-thoughtful way that you can eliminate or reduce?' Often the case - you DO have the time BUT you have decided NOT to make said activity a PRIORITY
